Director - John Dotten
Lighting and Grip - LD
2 LB Loaf of Bread
1 1/2 Cups water @ room temperature
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Oil
1 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3 3/4 Cups Bread Flour
1 3/4 Teaspoon of ActiveDrive Yeast
Mix it all together as seen in the video. THEN...
Set the LOAF SIZE to 2 Lb,
Set the CRUST COLOR of the bread: light, medium or dark *I prefer dark
MENU should be set for 2 which is French/Italian
Hit start.
NOTES:
I never remove the paddle. I'm too afraid I will mess up the loaf of bread. I let it go from beginning to end. Once the bread is out of the holder I will put it on a rack in the oven with the door ajar to let it continue to cool.
It is great if the bread cools for at least 30 minutes. You will want to cut it sooooo badly but you mustn't! You will enjoy it soooooo much more if you let it cool before you devour it.
Here is where I point and kindly circle my index finger at you as if magically, "Now you make sure and take out that paddle."
Peace, Love, and Kindness,
C. Callinsky
