Due to balancing acidic levels and antioxidant levels, I go back and forth between coffee and tea. I recently replaced sugar with Stevia and no longer use any syrup. It's up to you. We are all different. 



Being born and raised in the Seattle area, I will admit that I am an espresso junky. The price of an espresso is a bit much these days, and I take pleasure in being my own barista. Yes, I like sugar. Yes, I know it's bad for me. Tweak your coffee, espresso, or cappuccino to your liking. Today I want to share how to make espresso (some say it's cappuccino) and froth like a beast. I have used Mr. Coffee Espresso machines for years. I've always had good luck with them. I hope some of you find this useful. Namaste
